NG4L products are sold in Cameroon independent regional retailers shops. Check the Find-A-Store page for specific locations.

Contact us by sending us a message through the contact page and we will get back to you or move to any of our shops in your town for registration formalities

If you are a Returning Customer click on Login on the top bar or  My Account menu and enter in your e-mail address and password and click “Login,”

To create an account click the “Signup”  at the top menu or click on My Account Page  and choose signup. (Keep in mind that the e-mail address you provide here will be the only e-mail address to which we can send information about subsequent orders.) You can also  checkout as a guest if you don’t want to create an account

1. Type the name of the product in the search bar and it will generate the product for you or visit the shop page and browse through to locate .
2. You can locate your products by selecting choosing the product categories or health conditions

Placing an order is easy. Add products to cart then click cart icon at the top right to see the products added then click proceed to checkout to fill the billing details and do payment using the payment method applicable to your country.

For easy and fast checkout you should create an account. You  can automatically create an account by clicking the sign-up at the top menu

Check the accuracy of all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the Place Your Order button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail message. Continue to checkout page to pay for your product. We will send you another e-mail message after you make your payment. at this time to inform you about your shipment.

Accept payment methods are listed at checkout. We have Mobile Money/ Card Payment / Paypal

Tell us where you would like to ship your order, and let us know if any of the items are to be gifted. If you are shipping to a post office box, please enter the words “PO BOX” before your box number to ensure that the order is delivered. If you are shipping to your home, please enter your address correctly when signing up or checking out as a guest. ( For now, we use the billing details if no shipping is added to your account )

We offer home delivery and delivery through our shops in various towns. Choose the option that suits you at checkout.
Consider how quickly you would like to receive your order, and choose a shipping method. You will see estimated shipment and delivery dates in the e-mail we send you to confirm your order. The shipping charge for your order will be displayed on the order summary page just before you submit your order.

The shipping rates may vary depending on the shipping option you choose, the country of the destination, and the products you order.
