Website Product Descriptions – Ginkgo Max (Ginkgo biloba extract leaf)

DRAFT 1

May 31, 2013

 SUMMARY

The Ginkgo biloba tree is an ancient and unique tree used for thousands of years in Chinese medicine and food sources. The leaves of the ginkgo tree contain two types of chemicals, flavonoids and terpenoids, which are believed to have substantial antioxidant properties. Antioxidants attack free radicals in the body that may damage cell membranes, interfere with DNA, and may even cause cell death. Flavonoids are plant-based antioxidants that may help support nerve health, cardiovascular function, and eye health, while terpenoids help support circulatory function.

Ginkgo biloba has been used to increase overall health and wellness with few side effects. Studies have shown that Ginkgo helps to maintain healthy memory function and mental clarity. It has also been shown to help increase peripheral circulation, which supports blood flow to the brain, arms and legs.*

 DIRECTIONS

Adults take one capsule daily as a dietary supplement.

 WARNINGS

If you are pregnant, nursing, or currently taking other medications, check with your doctor before starting a Ginkgo Max regimen. Ginkgo biloba is not recommended for children under the age of eighteen.
